You can schedule a consultation phone call with us before booking. During the consultation we’ll discuss the details of your wedding or event and make sure that your package fits your vision.

Once you have decided on your package and add-ons we’ll then send over a proposal and contract for you to accept and sign. At this time we will require a 30% deposit to reserve your event date.
You’ll be able to pay your deposit online when signing your contract. We accept debt/credit cards, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.
After reserving your event, you will be able to create your client portal account and start planning your event.
Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

ONLINE PLANNING:
After booking your event, you will be able to create your client portal account. You will have event planning forms to fill out. These forms will provide us with all necessary information for your event including song requests.
Your account is the perfect tool for planning and communicating all the details of your event. It offers various features, such as the ability to view and edit event details, request songs, create your timeline, send messages, and much more. To log in to your client portal, simply click here.
CONSULTATION:
Once you have completed our planning forms, we will arrange a consultation meeting with you via phone call. In person consultations are available upon request. Forms must be completed at least 14 days prior to your event.
During this consultation meeting, we will thoroughly discuss and confirm all details on your planning forms, such as the timeline, song requests, announcements, pronunciations of names, and venue setup options.

Once your wedding date arrives, we'll arrive early to set up and test our equipment (1.5 - 3 hours before event starts). When your event begins, we'll greet your guests and then begin playing the songs you have requested.
Throughout the evening, we'll stay in communication with you so that you always know what's going on. We want to help you relax and enjoy yourself while your guests party!
You've worked so hard putting together a great event and now it's your time to let loose. Now that we've worked together to dot all the i's and cross all the t's, we'll bring the party. All you need to do is dance!
