Meet Romi Chandra, also known as DJ Romi, is a passionate music enthusiast and performer with over 14 years of experience in the entertainment industry. His love for music and entertaining began at the age of 13, where he started his journey by DJ'ing at all age nightclubs and hosting high school dances in Vancouver, WA.
With his talent and dedication, Romi founded Aura DJ Services in 2010, where he built a team of the best DJs and Emcees in the Pacific Northwest. Formerly known as Pure Entertainment, the company underwent a name change in 2022 to reflect its growth and expansion.
Romi's exceptional skills and natural ability to read a crowd have made him a favorite among clients, as he has successfully performed at hundred’s of events including weddings, private events, corporate events and school dances and more. Romi has played in various cities across the Pacific Northwest, from Everett, Washington to Ashland, Oregon. You may have seen Romi perform premiere nightclubs in the Pacific Northwest.
In addition to his impressive resume, Romi has opened up for prominent artists like Sir Mix-a-Lot, E-40, Tyga, Twista, YG, Phora, Beaza, M.I.C, Megan/Liz, and many more. His extensive training in customer service, event planning, and DJ'ing started at age 16 while working at Concept Hospitality in Portland, OR.
